If issues do arise, there is no finger-pointing, the focus of the entire team is on the proper corrective action consistent with customer expectations. Note that it is extremely important that there is excellent alignment on expectations – which we enjoyed with MEH. Point being that, potential home owners are well served to appreciate the basic cost components at a high level. Understanding the cost of excavation, foundation, well drilling, heating & cooling systems, etc helps both you and the Builder (MEH) achieve the desired outcome. In summary, we couldn’t be happier with the beautiful home MEH built for us, and are 100% confident we made the right decision to work with Justin and his entire team.”
