Our homes generally start around $200/SF and can go up to $300+/SF of finished living space.  This is a turn-key package.

We currently travel within a 35 minute drive from Bridgton. 

The pre-construction process takes approximately 2-3 months and the constuction process takes approximately 6 months, which does depend on the size of the project and the time of year.

We build homes in all different sizes; however we are currently not building homes less than 900 SF. 

No,  we do not sell our home plans. 

The latest time of year that we can start construction is December/January depending on snowfall and temperatures. 

Yes, we can work from an architect's home plans with the architect's permission.

Yes, we do handle all waterfront permitting for building within the shore-land zone. One of our specialties is waterfront construction.

No, our homes are not modular construction. Our homes are custom, stick-built, wood-frame construction. 

Yes, as long as the foundation is installed prior to freezing temperatures, we can build throughout the winter. 

Main Eco Homes has built over 150 homes. 

Main Eco Homes uses a combination of subcontractors and employees. MEH has a current staff of 18 employees that consist of project managers, master carpenters and design consultants. 

We are currently scheduling our new builds for Summer 2021.
