Our homes generally start around $300/SF of finished living space.  This is a turn-key package that includes septic, well, driveway and site-work (depending upon specific lot). 

We currently travel within a 35 minute drive from Bridgton. 

The pre-construction process takes approximately 2-3 months and the constuction process takes approximately 6 months, which does depend on the size of the project and the time of year. 

Yes, we handle all stages of pre-construction and construction, including the site work (which includes tree clearing, the driveway, septic, and well.)
