JUSTIN MCIVER / FOUNDER & OWNER Justin has established a reputation for being highly-respected, doing right on others and building the best quality home. He is extremely driven, disciplined and is a visionary leader. From land development to commercial building, to residential construction, Justin’s goal has always been to enrich communities - to create places that aesthetically and functionally make the community a better place to live. His commitment to evolving with and implementing the latest in new construction standards, energy efficiency and consumer needs have kept Main Eco Homes at the top in local construction. Out of the office, Justin is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hiking, reading and traveling.
Justin is a native of the Lake Region area and is the founder and owner of Main Eco Homes. Having grown up in the family electrical business he went on to receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colby Sawyer College.
DANIELLE DAVIS / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER where they stand budget-wise. Throughout the build, she maintains all subcontractor invoices. She coordinates with banks and construction lenders, and prepares all of Main Eco Home’s payment requests. Making sure customers are informed and extremely satisfied is a must for Danielle. She started her career in Norwell, Massachusetts working for Fortune 500 companies where she learned to work in a fast pace environment, teaching her the knowledge to be proactive and efficient. Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, grandson, daughters and family.
Danielle is the Financial Controller for Main Eco Homes. She comes with a wealth of experience that enables her to fully support the Main Eco Home team. In her role as Controller, she provides clients with detailed monthly billings and ensures our clients always know
EDWARD AKERS / DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS From the field experience, to the pre-construction team Edward fully supports the Main Eco Homes team. Edward Works directly with the project managers in planning and scheduling the projects. With his customer service experience Ed works with the pre-construction team in planning and designing our custom homes projects. Edward has a passion for helping others and really enjoys working with team to provide our clients their future Dreams. His goal is to be a big part of building and revitalizing the community. Outside of work Ed really enjoys family time and the great outdoors.
Edward Akers is the Director of operations for Main Eco Homes. He has been in the Building Industry for over 30 yrs and has a Associates Degree in Building Construction Technology. Edward is involved with all of the different phases of the projects.
ROB DUMONT / FINISH SUPERVISOR with a culture geared towards customer service and quality craftsmanship. Rob attended Bristol County Agricultural High School and then he went on to further his education at the University of Maine, Machias, majoring in Park Management. In 2004, he joined a 3500 acre private estate in northern Maine, as a Lead Maintenance employee, gaining knowledge and experience in a wide variety of skills in the construction field. Rob has a love for Maine and the outdoors and lives in Windham with his three beautiful girls, his girlfriend and her two children.
Rob is the Finish Supervisor for Main Eco Homes and he is an excellent finish carpenter who spends the majority of his time diligently working and perfecting each home during the final weeks of construction. He truly enjoys working for a company
BEN ADAMS / PROJECT MANAGER enjoys bringing the dream vision of our clients to life through their home build process. Ben believes every home should bring ease to your everyday life with functional design and eye-catching aesthetics. Behind the scenes, Ben is a California native turned New England adventurer. He loves being outdoors, snowboarding in the winter and on the lake in the summers with his daughter and friends.

DILLON SHOREY / ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Dillon is an Assistant Project Manager at Main Eco Homes, where he plays a pivotal role in our custom home builds. His responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, encompassing everything from project coordination to fostering strong customer relations.
He graduated from American Military University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and is currently working toward his Master of Science in Construction Management. Dillon takes great pleasure in engaging in collaborative efforts to deliver a premium product that consistently exceeds the needs of the customers. When he is not at work, Dillon enjoys crafting his own at home do-it-yourself projects, or spending time outside with his girlfriend and their two dogs.
CHRIS PERKINS / PRE-CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT He graduated from the University of Maine in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology and two minors in surveying and entrepreneurial engineering. When not working, he can be found with friends and family, watching movies, playing games, biking, or hiking.
Chris is the pre-construction assistant for Main Eco Homes. He works with customers to make their pre-construction experience as smooth and seamless as possible. He enjoys working with a tight knit team that is dedicated to top quality building.

Haley plays a vital role at Main Eco Homes, where she assists with subcontractor invoices, payable requests, and month-end reconciliation, ensuring that financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
A graduate of North Shore Community College
with an associate degree in Early Childhood Development, Haley has always been passionate about helping others. With a strong background in customer service, Haley values honesty, family, and respect, and she is dedicated to making a positive impact both professionally and personally. In her free time, Haley loves spending time outdoors, enjoying activities like boating on the lake during the summer and snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter. Moosehead Lake is her happy place and home away from home. She also enjoys being with her husband, their dog, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Seth is a finish carpenter at Main Eco Homes, bringing over a decade of design-build expertise. With a background in architectural design, home energy analysis, and ten years of construction experience, he excels in crafting modern wood-framed and traditional timber frame homes. Seth's commitment to high-quality details and craftsmanship shines through in his work, as he consistently delivers creative solutions to intricate challenges. Passionate about creating efficient and top-tier structures, he strives to enhance the way we live, work, and play. Outside of construction, Seth enjoys exploring the beautiful state of Maine, whether it's discovering new hiking trails or fishing in small streams. Above all, his greatest joy lies in spending quality time with his beloved family.
JOSHUA CARNELLO / SITE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR keeping the site clean and organized. Within his role, josh also tracks and keeps inventory of products that have been chosen by the homeowner and makes sure they are accounted for and kept safe until needed. He enjoys working with his teammates to create a beautiful home and loves to prove to the customer that they are in the best hands possible. When josh is not at work he loves spending time with his wife Mckayla doing activities like hiking, fishing, home renovations, and spending time with their animals.

DAN ALLEN / CARPENTER
Dan is a dedicated carpenter at Main Eco Homes with a rich background rooted in service and a commitment to continuous learning. A Massachusetts native, he proudly served in the Marines for four years, undertaking two tours in Iraq right after completing high school. Following his military service, Dan spent 12 years as a Corrections Officer in Boston. While not a traditional skilled tradesman, Dan possesses an unyielding enthusiasm to explore and master new challenges, demonstrating a willingness to persist through failure for the sake of learning. Over the past three years, Dan assumed the role of a dedicated stay-at-home dad and homeschool teacher for his children. Joining Main Eco Homes as a carpenter has proven to be a transformative blessing for Dan. He deeply resonates with the company's unique vision and is delighted to contribute to its mission.
